Welcome to TC21 Fitness, where my aim is to help you reach your goals in a practical and sustainable way.  All of my in-person and remote fitness programs are tailored to suit you and your lifestyle, so you can stay motivated and reach your desired results.  Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength or just live a healthier lifestyle, TC21 Fitness is here to help you reach your goals.

Tom Cameron,CPT

TC21 Fitness was established by Tom Cameron in 2021. Tom decided to transition from his career as a hospital administration executive and take his decades long fitness background and passion and build a personal training business targeted for individuals who want a practical, sustainable fitness program. Throughout his previous business career, Tom utilized his own personal strength/resistance and cardiovascular training regime to overcome the stress and anxiety associated with a challenging business life.  He learned how to sustain a consistent fitness program despite family obligations and significant career time constraints.   These fitness programs included strength/resistance training as well as programs he designed to train and complete 8-Boston Marathons, 5-Half Marathons, 3-Triathlons and multiple 10K and 5K Road Races.   Tom received a Certification in Personal Training (CPT) with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 1997 and presently holds CPTs with both the American Academy of Personal Training – Boston (AAPT) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE).  He is also CPR/AED certified with the American Heart Association.

One on one personalized fitness training program at TC21 Fitness studio in Franklin, Ma that specifically targets clients short- and long-term goals for health and fitness.

Partner In-Person Personal Training - 1 hour Sessions at TC21 Fitness studio in Franklin, Ma

Fitness training program that specifically targets 2 clients with similar fitness abilities and goals for health and fitness. 

$90 per Session

$342 – 5% discount for 4-Session Package ($85.50 per Session)

$648 – 10% discount for 8-Session Package ($81.00 per Session)

Remote Personal Training

Remote, personalized, monthly (4-week) fitness training programs that are specifically designed for individuals who exercise in a fitness center or at home.

​

Monthly program includes:

  • Introductory ½ hr video call (no obligation) to determine individuals’ specific fitness goals

  • 4 - week exercise program specifically designed for an individual fitness goals, time constraints and equipment availability.  Links to TC21 Fitness videos with exercise explanation included.

  • 1- ½ hr video call scheduled during 4-week period to review progress/make adjustments to program​ 

$30 for a 1-Month (4-Week) Program

Additional 1/2 hr video calls can be scheduled during program - $15 per call
